Speaking to the Sullivan County Administrative Committee Monday night, Second Harvest Executive Director Rhonda Chafin said the non-profit needs more space than is available at its current location in Gray, which is in Washington County. The organization provides food to soup kitchens and food pantries in an eight-county region of East Tennessee that includes Sullivan County.
